06 - Shipping And Delivery

BRUVIAN currently ships exclusively to all 27 European Union member states.

Standard delivery is FREE across eligible EU destinations.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT begin processing on the following business day.

Orders are generally processed within 1 - 2 business days, Monday-Friday.

Estimated transit time is 2 - 7 business days, Monday-Friday.

The total estimated delivery window is 3 - 9 business days from the date your order is successfully placed.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

BRUVIAN does not currently offer express or expedited shipping.

07 - Shipping Address And Cancellations

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order.

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact BRUVIAN as soon as possible at info@bruvian.com and before 2:00 PM GMT.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled, redirected, or modified.

08 - Returns And Refunds

BRUVIAN provides a 14 day return window beginning on the date your package is marked as delivered by the courier.

For a change-of-mind return, the product must be completely unopened, unused, un-sampled, and remain in its original packaging with all protective shrink-wrap and safety seals intact.

For hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons, opened, unsealed, or tested skincare products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect, you must contact info@bruvian.com within 24 hours of delivery and provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products may qualify for a free replacement or full refund.
