At BRUVIAN, we want every part of your experience to be clear and straightforward. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make our return process simple to understand.

14 Day Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the courier to request a return.

Return requests submitted after this period are not eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

Return Eligibility

Return eligibility depends on the reason for the return and the condition of the product.

Changing Your Mind

If you change your mind or decide that a product is not right for you, the item must be:

• Completely unopened

• Unused and un-sampled

• In its original packaging

• Sealed with all original protective shrink-wrap and safety seals intact

For hygiene and cosmetic safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for skincare serums that have been opened, unsealed, or tested.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@bruvian.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How To Initiate A Return

Please contact BRUVIAN before sending any product back.

Do not return an item to the origin warehouse address shown on your shipping label without receiving return authorization from our team.

01 - Email Us

Send your return request to info@bruvian.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the return.

02 - Request Review

Our support team will review your request within 1 - 2 business days.

If your return is approved, we will provide the designated return warehouse address and return instructions.

03 - Pack And Ship

Securely pack the item in its original packaging to help prevent damage during transit, then send it using your preferred courier.

Return Shipping Costs And Fees

Changing Your Mind

For approved buyer's-remorse returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service. BRUVIAN is not responsible for returns that are lost or stolen while being returned to us.

Restocking Fees

BRUVIAN charges €0.00 in restocking fees and does not apply hidden processing penalties to approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, BRUVIAN covers the applicable return costs or provides a replacement at no additional charge.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our inspection facility, our team will review the product condition within 2 business days of receipt.

You will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected based on our return and hygiene requirements.

Approved Returns

Once approved, your refund will be initiated immediately to your original payment method.

Bank Processing Time

After BRUVIAN initiates your refund, your bank or payment provider may require 5 - 10 business days to post the funds to your account.
